Nodus Partners Ltd, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, is responsible for the personal data you give us.

We collect the business contact and enquiry details you submit through our forms or send us by email. We use them to respond to your enquiry, to match it with counterparties in our network, and to carry out standard KYC, sanctions and export-control checks.

We share your details with a counterparty only with your agreement and under NDA. Otherwise we share them only with the service providers that run this website and our email (Vercel, Neon, Resend and Google), or where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under standard safeguards.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a transaction or the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@nodus.equipment. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website uses only essential browser storage, for example to keep form drafts, and no tracking cookies.
